Some Lessons Learned After Using Cliproxy Proxy IPs
I first came across Cliproxy mainly because the pricing looked relatively affordable. Before using it, I was honestly a bit unsure. After actually using it for a while, I did run into a few pitfalls. I’m sharing a brief summary of my experience here as a reference for others.
Cliproxy official website:

Conclusion first: there’s nothing fundamentally wrong with the IPs themselves — the key is choosing the right type. At the beginning, I tried to save money and picked the wrong IP type. As a result, my accounts became unstable, and I initially thought it was platform risk control. Later I realized it was simply because I hadn’t matched the IP type to the actual use case.
Long-term static IPs are more suitable for social media or e-commerce accounts that require a stable, long-term environment. I previously used them for short-term verification tasks, which turned out to be very cost-inefficient and also wasted the IP validity period.
Short-term residential IPs (those valid for 1–6 hours) are better suited for one-time operations such as verification, surveys, or testing. One mistake I made was trying to use them for account warm-up. Because the IPs rotated too frequently, account stability actually became worse.
Dynamic residential proxies are indeed suitable for data collection and research-related tasks. However, if request frequency isn’t properly controlled, target websites can still impose restrictions. Having more IPs doesn’t mean you can run tasks without limits.
As my usage grew, I found the enterprise version’s CDKey distribution feature to be quite practical. The IP resources themselves are the same, but management becomes much easier, especially when multiple people are using them.
My overall impression of Cliproxy is that it offers a fairly complete product lineup, but it’s not something you should “buy blindly.” If you clearly understand your business scenario and choose the right IP type, the overall cost-performance ratio is quite reasonable. But if you choose randomly, you’ll likely run into the same pitfalls I did.

That’s my honest experience from using it over this period. It may not apply to everyone, but hopefully it helps you avoid a few unnecessary detours.
