‣ A client submitted a British Gas bill: clean, flat, perfectly digital. 
And this is exactly the type of document KYC systems often decline as “downloaded”.

◇ Why the decline happens 
▪ no real paper texture 
▪ no natural shadows 
▪ geometry looks too perfect 
▪ zero physical artifacts of a real photograph 

Most platforms expect a **photo of a document**, not a flawless PDF.

▪ added two natural paper folds 
▪ adapted geometry and lighting to match a live photograph 
▪ removed digital artifacts 
▪ applied correct geolocation (client didn't capture it)
