Does anyone think AI is actually ready to transform construction project planning right now? I’m asking because I’ve been involved in a few projects where delays and miscommunication were big issues, and I keep hearing AI could fix many of those problems. But I wonder if it’s truly mature enough or just in early stages with limited adoption. Has anyone here had hands-on experience using AI in construction planning and actually saw tangible improvements? I’m especially curious about smaller companies trying to keep up and whether AI tools make a difference in streamlining workflows. Also, how complicated is integrating AI into existing project management processes? I’d appreciate real insights beyond the hype.
