Update: Dashboard Updates, GRAM Rebrand and Volatility Settings

• TON rebranded to GRAM.
• Volatility threshold settings unified and Underpaid is optional.
• Mobile Dashboard now supports card reordering.
• Fixed transaction display, timezone mismatch in filters, and removed unstable Dashboard auto-refresh.
