Dear customers, we’re happy to announce that you can now manually select both the operator and the country for outgoing calls ??
Previously, some of you experienced situations where Pulsar showed successful attempts, but the call never actually reached the recipient.
Why did this happen?
? In some cases, the recipient’s operator or provider may return a “legitimate” response directly from their own servers — without establishing a real connection to the subscriber.
As a result, you see successful statuses, but no actual call is delivered.
? In other cases, network protection is triggered and incoming calls are blocked.
This leads to call errors being displayed in Pulsar.
Now, this can be resolved.
? What’s new:
— You can choose which country and operator your calls originate from
— A single order can include up to 10 countries and 30 operators
— All calls are delivered to the same target number
— If the current mode works for you, you can keep using it as before
This is especially useful if:
✅ you experienced failed calls due to network blocking
✅ you suspect spoofing or route filtering
✅ you want to test different routes
✅ you need maximum call deliverability
Simply try a different operator or country — if everything works well, you can then place a full order using the same parameters.

Ранее некоторые из вас сталкивались с ситуацией, когда в Pulsar отображались успешные попытки, но звонок фактически не доходил до абонента.
Почему так происходило?
? Иногда оператор или провайдер на стороне получателя может возвращать нам «легитимный» ответ ещё на своих серверах — без реального соединения с абонентом.
В результате вы видите статусы, но звонок не поступает.
? В других случаях включается защита сети и входящие звонки блокируются.
В результате вы видите ошибки звонков в Pulsar.
Теперь это решается.
? Что нового:
— Вы можете выбирать, из какой страны и от какого оператора будут идти звонки
— В одном заказе можно использовать до 10 стран и до 30 операторов связи
— Все звонки будут поступать на один номер
— Если текущий режим вас устраивает — можно оставить всё как было
Это особенно полезно, если:
✅ у вас был недозвон из-за блокировки сети
✅ подозреваете спуф-фильтрацию
✅ хотите протестировать разные маршруты
✅ требуется максимальная доставляемость
Просто попробуйте другой оператор или страну — если всё проходит успешно, можно запускать полноценный заказ с теми же параметрами.
