Without the country, document type and platform requirements the task becomes a quest. 
How to do it right: specify the platform, country, document and purpose – verification, unban, KYC.

◇ Mistake 2 – “I dumped everything, maybe it helps” 
Extra photos, old documents and random files hide the important details. 
How to do it right: send only relevant materials according to the checklist from our posts.

◇ Mistake 3 – “The photo is bad, but you’ll fix it anyway” 
Blurred face, shadows and wrong angle = extra edits and delays. 
How to do it right: full face, neutral background, no glare or harsh shadows.

◇ Mistake 4 – “All data is on the photo, I won’t rewrite it” 
Text on images always slows down the process. 
How to do it right: send all data as text, with no shortcuts or “guess what I mean”.

◇ Mistake 5 – “It’s urgent, but I won’t give a deadline” 
Without a clear timeframe it’s impossible to estimate realistic timing. 
How to do it right: state your deadline and the urgency level right away.
