What is the minimum transaction amount?
The current minimum amount for mixing is 0.000016 BTC. For Exchange (cleaning alternative cryptocurrencies), the current minimum amount and exchange rate are displayed on the exchange page.

Is there a maximum limit?
No. There is no maximum limit for either mixing or Exchange. We are ready to process any amount.

What is the fee?
The fee ranges from 2% to 4.5% + 0.0003 BTC.

Why is the fee not fixed?
The exact fee percentage is
intentionally variable. This is part of our transaction-processing model designed to improve privacy. If the same fixed percentage were applied to every order, the relationship between the deposit amount and the final payout amount would become predictable. A variable fee creates an additional difference between incoming and outgoing amounts, significantly complicating analysis based on volume matching and amount correlation. This is one of the mechanisms we use to improve your privacy.

How is transaction anonymity provided?
We use a multi-stage transaction-processing and fund-routing mechanism.
Funds are not simply forwarded directly to the destination address - they pass through multiple stages of internal processing and independent routes. Our mechanism completely removes the direct transactional connection between incoming and outgoing flows, resulting in
clean funds without labels, traces, or other direct links.

How is client anonymity provided?
We DO NOT collect or store data about your visits, transactions, support requests, etc.
NO JS: our
clearnet version uses JavaScript
exclusively for visual interface elements, while our
TOR version is implemented
completely without JavaScript, making collection of information about your visit impossible.
NO LOGS: after a transaction is completed, we
DO NOT retain any data associated with it. A transaction history simply
does not exist.

How long does a transaction take?
Processing takes approximately 3–6 hours. This is an average, not a fixed timeframe. Processing time may vary depending on the transaction, but will not exceed the stated range.

What is Exchange used for?
Unlike classic mixing, the Exchange function allows you to clean and exchange one cryptocurrency for another, for example BTC-XMR / ETH-TRC20 / BTC-ERC20 and others. When using Exchange, you also receive clean funds without direct transactional links.

Why are the fee/minimum amount not displayed when selecting Exchange?
For Exchange, the fee and minimum transaction amount may change depending on various market factors. Therefore, we do not display a fixed value on the page in order not to mislead our clients. You will always see the exact amount before the transaction
(simply select the required currency type and enter the amount).

What is a Letter of Guarantee?
A Letter of Guarantee is generated individually for every order and represents verifiable confirmation of the details associated with the corresponding request. We always recommend keeping your Letter of Guarantee until your transaction is fully completed.

What is a PGP fingerprint (PGP encryption) and how does it work?
A PGP fingerprint is the unique fingerprint of our PGP key. It allows you to verify that a document or Letter of Guarantee was actually signed by MixTwix. This helps reduce the risk of dealing with scammers (fake payment details, order information being altered after creation, lack of proof of order conditions in the event of a dispute, etc.).
How to verify PGP:
- Download the official MixTwix PGP key from our website (located at the bottom of the page).
- Open it in any PGP verification tool (for example BitList PGP verification).
- Insert the downloaded MixTwix PGP key and your Letter of Guarantee (generated when the transaction is created).
- Click Verify signature.
If the fingerprint matches and the software displays Valid signature, the document was genuinely signed with the official MixTwix key and has not been modified after signing. However, we always
recommend checking the
links/contact details you followed and intend to use several times before making a transaction. This is
extremely important, because scammers may imitate many things, but they
cannot reproduce the genuine official links and contacts.
