Managing 9-to-5 Private Job with Govt Prep

It’s honestly so hard to study after a long day at my private job. I see all these amazing vacancies on Sarkari Result but barely get 2-3 hours a night to study. Is anyone else preparing while working full-time? How do you manage your energy and schedule on weekends?
